PSC Support Officer

Take on this key admin role within our Professional Services Centre, and you’ll support a variety of projects and programmes that protect the UK’s interests globally. Provide technical teams with vital admin support
Our Professional Services Centre comprises a range of technical teams, predominantly involved in new build and refurbishment works projects on diplomatic buildings around the world. Your job will be to provide all those teams with professional admin support. Requests will typically come from the team leaders and could involve doing anything from formatting presentations to collating data for internal reports, from organising project folders to arranging meetings and events. You will also help manage office equipment and project supplies.

Build strong working relationships across FCO Services
This role involves working closely with all kinds of people, both within the Professionals Services Centre and the wider organisation. So it’s important that you have good communication and relationship-building skills. You also need a flexible and proactive approach, as we’ll sometimes need you to react to our customers’ needs at short notice. Skills with Excel, Outlook and Word are essential.
