Engineer End User Computing

Looking to make a bigger impact in your career? Join our End User Computing (EUC) team at FCO Services. It’s an opportunity to solve complex issues, work with the latest secure technologies, and enjoy some fantastic Civil Service benefits – all while helping to safeguard people, assets and information around the world.

Solve problems for customers all over the world

There is a strong collaborative ethos within the team. But at the same, you’ll enjoy lots of freedom to work independently and will also have opportunities to operate remotely as well as travelling to meet with customers on site.

Take your IT skills to another level

We’re looking for someone who combines experience in secure mobile technologies with strong communication and customer service skills. Ideally, you will already be working as an EUC analyst or in a Desktop Engineer role. Either way, you’ll have a Microsoft MCA or equivalent qualification in an IT-related subject and proven expertise in creating knowledge base articles. Other areas of experience we’re looking for include:

• Microsoft technologies
• Active Directory
• End user devices
• Cisco VPN

Our government partners look to us to respond with speed, agility and innovation to their ever-changing security challenges. So you can expect lots of pace and variety in this role. You will also enjoy excellent support for career progression, including training on all the latest Microsoft desktop technologies to help you keep up to speed. Then there’s all the benefits we offer. Excellent work-life balance. Flexible working opportunities. On-site OFSTED-registered nursery. Civil Service pension. And lots more. In short, it’s your job bigger.
